Career Services
OMCC Student Services Office provides employment assistance to graduates of our programs. Although OMCC cannot offer guarantee of employment, we assist students in writing a resume/cover letter and searching for jobs through a network of established contacts including employers and employment agencies. OMCC regularly participates in job fairs for students to acquaint themselves with the changing demands of healthcare industry and speak with hiring employers.
Placement assistance is not intended to eliminate the need for students to search for employment themselves, and students are encouraged to perform well at clinicals as well as explore volunteer, internship, and temporary job assignments as they provide the opportunity to gain valuable experience and may lead to a permanent position.
